Introducing Chaz Freutel, Executive Director, NOBLE Foundation Group As you meet Chaz Freutel, Executive Director of NOBLE Foundation Group, you will immediately sense his love for The Lord, his passion for excellence, and his willingness to pour into others. “My grandfather instilled work ethic, a competitive nature, and a love for The Lord within me. Traits that I am thankful for--to this day. I came to The Lord in seventh grade, through my passion for sports, and that decision changed the trajectory of my life.” Chaz has always been driven and during High School not only did he work part time jobs, but excelled in sports, and was accepted into the Naval Academy at Annapolis, which he respectfully declined. During college, Chaz enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps and was in the Platoon Leader Corps “PLC” program before he was injured and Honorably Discharged. “I am grateful for both opportunities to serve, and each experience has contributed to the respectful and equitable way that I ‘do business’ today!” Chaz earned his Bachelor of Arts from Wittenberg University located in Springfield, Ohio. He double majored in Political Science and Philosophy and minored in History. Upon college graduation, Chaz launched his professional journey and worked for Sigma Nu, Pier One Imports, Frank Gates Service Company, Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), Ohio Premier Social Club, and the Columbus Chamber of Commerce. Chaz and his wife married two years after he graduated from college and they moved several times, before settling in Dublin, Ohio in 1991. In 2009, Chaz decided to take the entrepreneurial plunge and has not turned back since. As a true entrepreneur, Chaz owns five for-profit businesses and two non-profits, one being NOBLE Foundation Group. Chaz is the textbook definition of visionary, leader, trainer, coach, and mentor. “Utilizing my time, talent, and treasure to serve aspiring entrepreneurs is what motivates and inspires me. When I meet individuals who are willing to put in the work to ultimately reap a harvest, then I feel blessed to be part of their journey!” NOBLE serves aspiring business owners, entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, and community leaders through a comprehensive curriculum which includes multiple monthly events. Events are offered in-person, virtual or in a hybrid setting. Additionally, NOBLE offers monthly networking socials which are always in-person. One-on-one mentoring sessions are also available on request. Sessions cover all aspects of business ownership from ideation to succession and exit planning. “NOBLE is where my heart is and where I spend most of my time. I do not draw a salary, as that was not the motivation for launching the nonprofit in August of 2021. We are in the process of expanding our footprint to Pittsburgh, New Jersey, and Cleveland by the end of 2024.” NOBLE’s leadership team, volunteers, and committee leaders are dedicated to the mission to train, raise, sustain, and grow Entrepreneurs for The Kingdom.
