Jim’s passion is in developing strategic collaborations with externally focused, kingdom minded businesses, churches and non-profits and since 2017, Jim started ZoningResources.com, a service providing zoning reporting, permit expediting and representation for national sign vendors, project managers, construction superintendents, real-estate developers and private land owners.   

Jim also has over 15 years experience as Administrative Executive staff for churches in Indiana and Ohio emphasizing Ephesians 4 ministry.  

Jim is an equipping collaborator who championed job clubs and career ministries throughout central Ohio with his partnership with the Crossroads Career Network as City Manager. He was a member of the Career Transition Institute and consulted with the board of Restoration Automotive. He’s also managed the education workshops for the ABC6News Job Boot camp and presented for Columbus State’s FASTPath program.
