Awarded Funds Policies
Thank you for your participation in the NOBLE program. To ensure accountability, clarity, and proper stewardship of funds, please review and adhere to the following policies prior to receiving and utilizing awarded funds.
Pre-Disbursement Requirements
Before any awarded funds are disbursed, recipients must complete all of the following:

Submit a Purpose Statement

Submit a Business Plan
â—‹ This should outline your vision, strategy, operational plan, and key milestones. -
Verify Business Registration
â—‹ Your business must be legally registered with your state. -
Provide a Business Bank Account
â—‹ Reimbursements will only be issued to an official business account. -
Participate in at Least One NOBLE Event
â—‹ Attendance may be in person or online. -
Schedule and Complete at Least One NOBLE 1-on-1 Zoom Call

Submit Receipts for ReimbursementYou must make approved business-related purchases first, then submit the paid receipt for reimbursement.
Important Guidelines for Use of Funds:

All purchases must be pre-approved.
Please consult with Noble Finance in writing before making any business-related expenditures to ensure eligibility. -
Reimbursements will be issued for approved expenses only, as outlined in your submitted business plan and pitch presentation.

Awarded funds must be used strictly for your NOBLE-approved business concept.
Any deviation from your original pitch requires prior written approval from Noble Finance. -
All awarded funds expire one (1) year from the date of your pitch.
Unused funds will not be carried over.​
