Jim McFarland BIO
Since 2017, Jim has owned ZoningResources.com, a service providing zoning reporting, permit expediting and representation for national sign vendors, project managers, construction superintendents, real-estate developers and private land owners. He has over 15 years experience serving as Administrative Executive staff for churches in Indiana and Ohio emphasizing Equipping ministry and consulted with the boards of Restoration Automotive and the Career Transition Institute.
Jim is an equipping collaborator who championed job clubs and career ministries throughout central Ohio with his partnership with the Crossroads Career Network as City Manager. He’s also managed the education workshops for the ABC6News Job Boot camp and created content and presented to over 400 participants for Columbus State’s FASTPath program. He was a co-creator of ResumeSpider.com – a private fee based executive networking service.
Jim’s passion is in developing strategic collaborations with externally focused, kingdom minded businesses, churches, non-profits and has a future vision of a shared land commune to create a sustainable stewardship lifestyle.
