Sheri Nash Bio
Sheri is a native of Columbus, OH. She remains on the Northwest side of Columbus and attended Bishop Watterson High School, and later, Penn State. Sheri comes from a long line of entrepreneurs and business owners. Her father was a highly respected MAI, Broker and real estate investor. Her mother was also a real estate investor as well as a Paralegal. Both of her parents raised her to be independent with a strong business aptitude. Sheri and her sisters spent their childhood weekends renovating homes to later sell. She learned many important negotiating, business and hands-on skills working with her parents to earn money for the family business, but also for future college tuition bills. Sheri purchased her first home at the age of 22. She later turned that into a rental and has repeated this pattern for many years. Sheri and her husband, Jeff Pittman, have been mimicking the lessons taught by her parents. They hope to be teaching their 6 children the same lessons of self-reliance, business skills and charitable contributions. Sheri’s background is in Long-term Care and Health Administration. As Sheri and Jeff’s family grew to 6 children, she stepped out of the work force to became a stay at home mom, advocate for her 2 children with disabilities and manage their Real Estate Investments. At that point, she also became deeply involved in the Huntington’s Disease Society of America (HDSA) as a Board Member, Event Planner and fundraiser. Eventually, through their property investments, Sheri and Jeff began to see a need in the market for Heating and Air Conditioning Services. They were in search of a company that would offer exemplary customer service in a timely fashion, ensure quality work at a value price and be flexible with the needs of their customers. In order to meet all of these needs, Sheri decided she would build her own HVAC company. She opened her business, TemperaturePro Columbus in 2017 and is very proud of the reputation, loyal clients and success.
In 2022, Sheri started imagining expanding upon her entrepreneurial skills and began preparing to open another business. This venture would also be personal to her. She opened Forever Weight Loss, LLC in April of 2023, this is a medical weight loss clinic. This business was the exact right move for Sheri for two reasons. Most importantly, one of her daughter’s (Gracie) has always dreamed of being a nurse. Unfortunately, her disability will make this dream hard to achieve. Now, Gracie helps at the clinic and is able to impact clients lives and brings many lots of smiles and joy. Secondly, Sheri has a true understanding of the difficulty one faces with weight concerns- she lives this struggle. It is Sheri’s hope that she can have an impact on others thru her honesty, support and positive outlook.
